Join Lowes Menswear’s People & Culture team and keep our HR operations running smoothly. Support two HR Managers and the Head of People across recruitment, HR systems, WHS/RTW, and Learning & Development.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate job ads, screening, interviews, checks, and offers.
- Maintain HR data in Dayforce; run reports and support onboarding.
- Track incidents/injuries and assist with RTW documentation and WHS compliance.
- Administer Lowes Academy LMS: enrolments, course publishing, and compliance reports.
- Be the friendly first response for the HR inbox and day‑to‑day queries.
What you’ll bring
- 1–3+ years in HR admin/recruitment support (retail a plus).
- Dayforce experience (or similar HRIS and the drive to learn).
- Working knowledge of WHS and Return‑to‑Work basics.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication.
