We are on the lookout for management superstars, to support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results whilst ensuring an amazing in-store experience for our customers at our new store coming soon to Victor Harbor. This is a great opportunity to play a vital part in the growth and success of something new!

If you have management experience, and you are passionate about your team and customers with a desire for a succeed in retail, we want to hear from you.

 

We are seeking expressions of interest in the following roles:

  • Store Manager - Full time (38 hours)
  • Assistant Store Manager (2IC) - Part-time (approx. 30hrs)

 

You will be supported by a large team of passionate and experienced retail professionals, and together you will continue providing unforgettable in-store experiences for our Lowes customers.

About You: 

All you need to have to be successful are:

  • The passion for retail and delivering an exceptional customer experience 
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced, high-volume team environment 
  • The drive to perform and meet performance targets
  • Strong training and coaching abilities/experience
  • Previous experience in leading a team to success
  • Have flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and public holidays
