We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our Services team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers and employment providers.
What you’ll do
- Respond to queries and provide assistance to internal and external customers via email, phone, and online platforms
- Assist in resolving issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and conduct online training sessions for our Portals via Zoom or Teams, covering various topics related to our services and offerings
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, processing credits, organising returns, and scheduling appointments as needed
- Support all promotional activity – Including Fit Out activities and Conferences

- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively address customer needs
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to team goals
