An exciting opportunity has opened for a Digital & E-Commerce Manager to join the Lowes team, based in our amazing offices in Arncliffe!

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for increasing the Brand’s online store conversion and sales through optimal website performance, coordination of online trading activity, planning and monitoring of sales, and continuous improvement of website design, content, functionality, and user experience; aiming to provide the best online experience for our customers.

 

What you’ll do

  • Oversee, manage, report on and drive website performance; Sales and profit budget achievement
  • Lead day-to-day operations of digital channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and product plans
  • Test, configure, and implement web assets, content, and promotions on schedule
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales, profitability, and customer experience
  • Use data and analytics for improvement and strategic opportunities
  • Execute digital marketing strategies across paid channels
  • Create and manage areas of site content: metadata, product descriptions, faq’s, policies and procedures
  • Determine website improvements and build a roadmap for execution
  • Liaise with 3rd party agencies to ensure data flows are functioning in line with expectation
  • Ensure brand consistency with stores and other digital channels;
  • Manage digital marketing and external agencies
  • Own all on-site marketing initiatives and activities
  • Take the lead in coordination of workflows to ensure consistent high-quality delivery of our online marketing calendar inclusive of product updates, campaign banners, and digital developments
  • Be a vital part of the wider marketing team and contribute to ideas, projects, and campaigns
  • Pro-actively identify trends and topics communicated by customers to be used as the basis of new content.

What will make you successful

  • 3+ years’ experience managing an ecommerce business ideally within fashion retail
  • Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. ecommerce, business, commerce
  • Magento experience
  • Experience working with an ecommerce/retail combined business
  • Experience in budget & vendor management
  • Experience working parallel and collaboratively with a marketing function
  • Successful track record in analysis and reporting on relevant metrics
  • Ability to multitask, prioritising your workload appropriately
  • You’re customer centric – everything you do is with our customer in mind
