The Role

A fun, dynamic and highly progressive retail business working on projects nationwide. You will be working with the project manager for store maintenance and fit-outs. This is an autonomous role for someone who has exceptional attention to detail and is highly organised.  


What you’ll do

  • Cataloguing fixtures and fittings across warehousing and retail spaces
  • Liaise and organise logistics
  • Attend to minor store repairs and maintenance across NSW
  • Management of asset register for fixtures and fittings
  • Keeping log of expenditure for fixtures and fittings
  • Liaise with project stakeholders - Trades, centre management, subcontractors, and suppliers, to discuss and resolve construction matters.
  • Ad-hoc Special projects - Problem-solving throughout the entire project, finding & offering the best solutions
  • Manage cash and trade accounts
  • Manage compliance (fire/ WC/ Cleaning) all the schedules
  • Ongoing review and improvement of maintenance processes and systems
  • Maintain a high level of detail and quality control

What will make you successful?

  • Around 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • White Card is preferred
  • Worked for a known builder previously would be advantageous
  • Full Australian Drivers Licence - Must be able to drive manual 
  • Able and willing to travel locally and occasionally interstate
  • Experience in excel spreadsheets and google docs
  • Exceptional communicator & highly organised
  • Ability to move and handle heavy fixtures and fittings
