We are currently seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our continued success on a part-time basis (15 hours per week).
Reporting to the Head of VM, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual presentation of our products in store, working closely with the State & Store Management teams to ensure that our merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner, ultimately driving sales, and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers across our network of stores WA.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Area & Store Managers to ensure the delivery of VM directives by providing clear direction and feedback.
- Ensure that all merchandise is presented in accordance with brand guidelines and standards, maintaining visual consistency across all stores.
- Train store team on VM techniques and standards, empowering them to maintain the integrity of displays on an ongoing basis.
- Involvement in new store openings.

What will make you successful
- Demonstrated experience working as a VM or in a role where visual merchandising was a major focus, preferably within menswear.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Proven attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously using own initiative.
- A current and valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
