As the Marketing and Digital Coordinator at Lowes, you will be tasked with providing marketing support to our Digital Marketing team and national network of 200 stores.
What you’ll do
Digital Marketing
- Execute and manage a diverse social content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Craft bespoke content for various social channels to spotlight our stores, products, and team members.
- Manage copywriting to maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels
- Monitor and leverage user-generated contract and social media mentions for earned media opportunities
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team on UGC strategies, outreach, activations, product coordination and content briefing.
- Support E-Commerce with website content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and online materials
- Assist in the creation of E-Commerce and Social Media content, including photo & video shoots
- Conduct and analyse social media performance reports and recommend improvements
Retail Marketing:
- Provide local marketing support to Area and Store Managers, including shopping centre promotions and digital advertising.
- Assist in coordinating store opening events and promotions
- Partner with the Marketing team to develop innovative concepts for retail stores, product launches and key trading periods
- Support the Head of Marketing with seasonal campaigns, new product shoots and content creation
- Manage brand and charity partnerships and collaborations

What will make you successful
- Demonstrated experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in retail apparel.
- Tertiary qualifications in communications or marketing
- Great organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Passion for social media and experience with major platforms and management tools
- Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and digital media formats
- Self-driven with a flair for creativity, and the passion and confidence to learn and grow in the role
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a supportive team
