E-Commerce Manager is a key role within digital marketing at Lowes. The position will be responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the Web. This is an exciting time to join the business with a newly structured Marketing team who are looking to expand the online presence of Lowes and drive conversion across our stores.
What you’ll do
Work with the Head of Digital Marketing to execute the online and marketing strategy ensuring alignment of the brand across all channels.
Build and manage e-commerce strategies to maximise the brand and regularly analyse and realign strategic activity as the business evolves.
Implement and utilise effective reporting and analytics to track sales trends, traffic, competitor activity, campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Own the look, feel and functionality of the Lowes consumer facing front end (as well as any B2B requirements), ensuring you are proactive in recommending, planning, and bringing about improvements that deliver return on investment and enhance our brand image.
Management & segmentation of our Omnichannel Customer Database.
Create engaging landing pages as per monthly eDM plans.
Website content management through Magento 2 and other proprietary systems.
Identify and evaluate new digital technologies.
Assist with online product photo shoots.
Pro-actively identify trends and topics communicated by customers to be used as the basis of new content.

4-5 years’ experience as an E-Commerce Manager in a retail environment.
Strong knowledge of all digital marketing channels.
Performance marketing capabilities across SEO/SEM.
Problem solving and solutions driven.
Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
Experience in Magento 2.
Strong commercial acumen.
Highly analytical and tech savvy.
Knowledge of consumers including their shopping habits, cultural interests, speech and use of technology.
Understanding of customer life cycle and email marketing principles.
Well organised and attentive to detail.
Great communication skills and collaborative attitude.
Familiarity with web design.
BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field highly regarded.
