Digital Performance Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Digital Performance Manager. This is a newly created position, reporting directly into the Head of Digital Marketing, and will require a highly motivated digital specialist who knows their CPAs from their MnMs. The engaging role will primarily be responsible for the end-to-end campaign management and optimisation of online, mobile, social, and video advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creatively minded and have a solid background in digital campaign management with the ability to perform across all paid platforms, whilst providing professional recommendations and insights to the business. You will be expected to deliver on business goals including increasing leads, ecommerce sales and driving foot traffic to over 190 stores nationwide, as well as providing insight into competitors and gaps in the market. As well you will be responsible for managing the company’s affiliate marketing network.

This role would suit someone who has a passion for retail, a deep understanding of consumer culture and wants to be at the forefront of Australia’s retail and ecommerce landscape, managing and growing the digital performance for an iconic Australian retailer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account optimisations for all paid channels, including, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook Ads, Youtube, TikTok.
  • Recommendations on ad spend and pushing to drive down CPA and increase ROAS.
  • Identifying new audiences and new media channels to engage as well as managing databases for retargeting.
  • Support Digital Marketing Manager in planning and executing seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage affiliate marketing network, providing account managers with all marketing campaigns, special offers and customised assets and links to drive traffic and sales.
  • Deliver post campaign analysis and communicate performance to key stakeholders.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with Facebook, Instragram and TikTok to deliver on business goals.

What will make you successful?

  • Demonstrated experience in managing Paid Search, Google Shopping and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio and Google Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge of Magento 2.
  • A passion for developing consumer journeys that improve sales, as well as knowledge of consumers including their shopping habits, cultural interests and use of technology.
  • Comfortable using data to inform campaign recommendations for changes and optimisations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in associated field.
  • Highly passionate and collaborative attitude.
  • Being Google Ads certified is not essential, but advantageous.
