With your exceptional store management experience, you will be responsible for the daily running of the store, leading your team to success and ensuring that we continue to strive for exceptional sales, profit, performance and customer service levels.
We are looking for someone with previous store management experience, who can guarantee the smooth daily running of the store whilst leading the team to success by ensuring sales, profit, performance and customer service levels.
What you'll do
Manage the day-to-day running of the store
Lead and coach a team of 4 staff members
Drive the performance of the store by empowering the team and exceeding KPI's
Develop, motivate, inspire and support your team
Collaborate with our VM team to ensure visual merchandising standards
